dream UX: agent announces dreaming + posts summary when back

Browse Source 
- Posts "dreaming..." before pausing worker
- Posts "back. dreamed about: ..." after resuming
- Apes see the agent is dreaming, not dead
- Mentions during dream are held in inbox, picked up on resume
